Demonstrations

Demonstrations are designed to facilitate understanding of chemical engineering principles including material balances, fluid flow, heat and mass transfer, chemical reactions, etc. Students love a good demo and the intent is to have the students estimate what will happen and then give the demonstration to facilitate active learning and critical thinking.
